The jail sentence was suspended, - _z The incident involving Dutton occurred at NSRP headquarters in Birmingham when Dutton called the police department alleging that Bureau Agents were communists and trespassers although the Agents had identified themselves as Agents there on official business, An officer of the police departmént testified the false call resulted in six cars of the department ans the call.
