MILTEER appeared at a Constitutional Party Convention scheduled at Indianapolis, Indiana. MILTEER had declared himself a Regional Chairman for the Southeastern States, reported was from Quitman; Georgia, and drove to that meeting in a truck plastered with signs advocating Senator J.
