COFFEE BRAN KUCHEN (Two S-Inch coffee caker) 214 cups alfted flour 3 teaspoons baking powder Few grains eatt cupe flrmly packed brown sug + cup bran cereal Ye cup butter or margarine % cup etrong coffee Ye cup evarporated milk Ye teaspoon baking coda 2 Kuchen 2 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon efnnamon Whole pecan meats Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and bran. Cut tn shorten: ing and butter with two knives or a pastry blender. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for topping. Combine coffee, evarporated milk, and soda. Add remaining flour mixture; mix well. Add beaten eggs. Spoon into two greased and floured 98-inch layer cake pans, filling half full, Add cinnamon to topping mixture: sprinkle on top of batter. Scatter pecans on’ top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min= utes.
