Mobile does not believe an interview of CARTER is desirable at this time for the following reasons: (1) extreme likelihood of exposure of the informant in this matter; (2) possibility that CARTER was exaggerating or completély manu- facturing his story to the informant; (3) even if CARTER does know idéntities of Bapbomb subjects it is extremely doubtful that he would admit same to interviewing Agents or provide any information of value in this matter.
