BH 157-352 . ~ ADMINISTRATIVE: Considerable information contained in this report has been previously part of the subject matter of reports submitted under the case captioned “GREENBOMBS” (Bufile 174-35, Birmingham 174-6). Since the GREENBOMBS case occurred subsequent to this case, much of the investigation was a duplication of inveatigation and other activity being con- ducted in connection with this case. Many of the people considered suspects in this case are also considered suspects in the GREEMBOMES case, and the reverse is like- wise true. Consequently, considerable overlap has taken piace in the area of named suspects and also in the area of any investigation involving thefts of dynamite, bomb threats, and related incidents. It is realized that the period of investigation reflected in this report is extensive; however, the inves- tigation was continually maintained in a current status during this period and the dissemination of information developed was handled in an expedite fashion as were the leads. . As bas been the practice previously, an extra copy of instant report is being retained at Birminghar i= the event it becomes necessary to furnish a copy to the U. 8. attorney.
