BAXLEY, Attorney General of the State of Alabama, at Montgomery, Alabama, on 4-25-75. A) . Upon questioning, Mr. BAXLEY advised that this information was not new to his office and was identical to that discussed with former SKC RALPH d..MILES in April, 1971.
