Wing and captioned "City of Fear." The story is datelined at Birmingham. About three-quarters through the story, a "Federal man" is quoted as stating, "Slim chance anybody bothered to bring dynamit« in from somewhere else. There's enough dynamite already in Alabama to blow Birmingham off the map." 2 The Director has inquired, "I hope no FBI man made any such statemc ACTION TAKEN: ‘ - We have checked with SAC Roy Moore who is in Birmingham, concern: the matter.
