Dear Mr. Hoover, m writing in reference to the recent ghastly bombing of the-Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, in Birmingham, Alabama, I am appatléd and horrified at the number of unsolved bombings that have occurred in Birmingham. How is it possible to have not a single one of these bombings solved? I cannot understand that. I trust the F.
