Cleveland, Ohio, which was subsequently declined. Through
numerous interviews and by obtaining school records and
resumes, it has been determined that Al-~BAYOUMI stated

letter, dated May 20, 1998 from
Director, Academic Affairs, Royal Embassy of Saudi
Arabia, National Guard Office, 3050 X Street, N.W., " b6
Suite 207, Washington, D.C., wassent on Al-BAYOUMI's b7C
behalf. The letter stated that Al-BAYOUMI was a
candidate for a full scholarship from the Government of
Saudi Arabia. oy .

Service advised that their records indicate that
