MURAD was interviewed as he was being transported from Manila, Philippines to New York as a result of a sealed indictment issued by the United Stated Federal District Court. for the Southern District of New York. The indictment of MURAD charged him with Title 18 USC Section 32 Conspiracy to Destroy U.S. Civil Aircraft.
