Poor Richard Kelly is now a victim. He
should sue the FBI for tempting him, for
making a criminal of a good ol’ congress-
man,
US. District Judge William Bryant has
thrown out the jury verdict in the
conviction of Mr. Kelly and dismissed the
indictment. It is “outrageous” to this.
