In the past it has been alleged that ZILLMAN has been interested in mar different business organizations, In August of 193%, it was alleged that ZVILLMAY hai interests in the following: Tavern Restaurant, Blue TMemond, Harr-Kegtap Company, J. & J, Distributors Company, Joseph Teinfeld Company, Blve Mirror Night Club, Public Service Totacco Company, Weston & Company, Broxne-Vintner Company, Inc., Star Bowling and Eilliard Academy, Borok's Furniture Company, Poth's Distributing Compeny, Galsworthy Wine and liquors, United Brewing Company, and the U, S, Yeast Company, It is believed that the U, S, Yeast Company is no longer in existence, however, in 1°35 or 1936, JOEL REED, Attorney of the New Encland Ye-st Company, the orgenizetion out of which the U. S. Yeast Company was formed, advised that ZILLMAY held a £2,000 mortgage on the property of the US. Yeast Company. Any further holdings in this company by ZWILLMAN wes not indicated, ZWILLMAN's interest in the Harr-Kegtap Company was previously reported as being forced to withdraw from this business as a result of court action, The only known business activity of ZWILLMAN at the present time has to do wit' the Public Service Tobacco Company of Hillside, New Jersey, previously commented on, All other business activities are only reported and unverified, The "Newark News" of March 16, 1950 reported a co-ment of First Assistant United States Attorney TYNE in connection with the indictment of JAMES "Nigey" RUTKIN for income tax evasion to the effect that 608,000 was paid by JOSEPH H, REINFELD at a 1943 conference in Newark, Accorling to TYNE, $358,000 of this amount went to ZVI LLMAN and JCSEPE STACHFR.
