This is supplemental to memorendum of November 21, relative to the same subject. One Ernest Rymer, Secretary of the Young Pioneers cf 4merica, Philedelphia Branch, 219 South 5th. Street, affords the ing inforuation. He stxtes that there are et present enroute to ton about 150 children from the textile centers of Massachusetts, fr New York City, New Haven and Bridgeport, Connecticut, from Pittsburgh and Philsdelphie, Pennsylvaniz, and from Wilmington, Delaware. The delegations frois other than Philadelphia and Wilmington ere supposed to heve already started for Washington in privately ovned cars, or vhatcve:: trensportation was obtainsble, some of them probably coming by truck. The children ere supposed to be accompanied by women nurses. The child~ ren ere especially picked from the various schools throughout the easte.a section as examples of under-nourished children.
