The building was apparently an old store building and it stood alone beside eng the highway. The windows in the front of the store building wis had been blacked out. Upon entering the building, observed a switchboard with 12 trunk lines and 2 t operators who were constantly busy at the switchboard, Lounging about inside the building were a half-dozen rough looking characters. After waiting for one-half hour, not knowing whom he was to meet, ABNER ZWL drove a Cadillac automobile, and approached id ZWILLMAN that he was interested in g combustion engines and in granting patent licenses on a royalty basis. ZWILLMAN then telephoned J, A. SISTA, President of Republic Industries, 20 Wall Street, New York City, and said “I am sending a man down to see you." There was then a pause, after which ZWILLMAN said, "Well I don't care, I'm sending him dow anyway. Mr. LEW will drive him dow." LEW then drove ack to Newark, el to New York City, and 11 Street, where let J. A.
