the construction of the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, difficulty was

BACK GROUND
On the basis that the construction of the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas,
Nevada, is being built in violation of a freeze order issued by the CPA in March of
1946, a possible Fraud Against the Government violation investigation was instituted y}
