Dear Mr. Hoover:
In reference to the investigation which you are
carrying on of the situation that is prevailing in Chicago,
pertaining to the distribution ofigrapes in that market,
Mr, H, JéBustace, Chief, Bureau of Markets for the State
of California, was in Chicago recently and sent me two
letters from there which I am enclosing herewith,
I thought perhaps you might care to have your men
see the parties mentioned in these letters.
