A review of the file in this case reflects that no material information of an evidential nature has been developed regarding this matter which was definitely corroborated by subsequent investigation. No definite proof has been obtained that subject Capone and other prisoners received or conspired to receive and send contraband from the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary as alleged.
