Chica; ruled by crooked Politicians and Gangsters. Our Judges are mostly poor La vere. : but good Politicians. The Jury system is bad indeed. In a criminal case ery a man is selected on a jury, he is locked up and kept away from his family sometimes for 2 or 3 months, his name and address is published in all newspapers which is all wrong and when he help to convict a felon or a murderer he is waylaid or bis home is bombed. A businus man can not afford to serve on such juryes and psturally ea poorer class is accepted which is a help to the criminal lawyer. The Judges should be taken out of Politic.
