Miami, Florida. at the Tax Collector's office wes learned that the taxes now and for som” Years past on the address ally described as above, have been paid by ons at this address, This information was supplied by the Chief Clerk of the Tex Collector's effice, S. 6. Blount. Mo further check was, therefore, made concerning the omership of this property. At the Dade County Clerk's office it was learned that the legal description of the Capone property wes Lot 8, Bloek 1, Palm Island. The reeords show that this property was transferred from the grantor, Parker Henderson, to the grantee, Mae Capone, on July 18, 1928. Mr. Blount, of | the Tax Collector's office, located the tex records on this property, —< which revealed that Mae Capone has paid taxes on this property every year and that only the current year's taxes have not been paid. No ons has ever paid the taxes on this property as fer as Mr. Blount could recall except Mae Capone,
