The divorce records of the Washoe Cou: Cc *s 0: e, Reno, br under #105261, as made availablel reflect the following information: On August 3, 194 STELLE L. SIEGEL was granted a divorce from BENJAMIN SIEGEL. The complaint recited that they were married in New York City, New York, on Jan mi! oh issu The complaint also recite: % a property settle- ment had been agreed upon per a contract made June 20, 1946, and the plaintiff bie offered this as exhibit "A" in the proceedings, and asked that the terms thereof be adopted in the divorce decree. The compkint alleged that the defendant had been guilty of extreme cruelty, mental in nature, ami the prayer of the complaint was that an absolute divorce be granted, with the custody of the children given to the plaintiff, but with a right of visita- tion by the defendant "at all reasonable and seasonable times.” Mre.
