He pointed owt that RALPH CAPONE is well set here in Chicago inasmuch as he assumes control of the ganbling _paterprisss of the organization. He informa that RALPH CAPONE is, of course, nowhere near as active as AL CAPONE was during his heyday, nor does he wield the power and authority that NITTI and and other members of the organization presently wield. RALPH CAPONE'S main desire is to stay in the background, get his cut and merely re- ceive a reasonable amount of recognition on the part of the various members.
