The original articles of incorporation were filed with MALCOLM McEACHIM, Secretary of State, State of Nevada, Carson City, Nevada, July 26, 1946, by LOUIS WEINER, JR., of the law firm of JONES, WEINER, and JONES, 208 Beckley Bldg., Las Vegas, Nevada. WEINER is Resident Agent and Las Vegas attorney for the Incorporators of thetNevada Project Corporation, owners of the+Flamingo Hotel. Pertinent provisions of the articles of incorporation are summarized as follows: The name of this corporation shall be the NEVADA PROJECT CORPORATION. ARTICLE Il. The principal office of the corporation shall be located at 208 Beckley Building, Las Vegas, The corporation shall also have om or more offices located outside the state of Nevada where the books and records may be kept. ARTICLE IIT. Ths purposes of ths corporation diall be to: A. To do all things set forth in the articles of incorporation to the same extent as natural persons could do. B.
