Your letter of August 31st has been received.
Although I would like to be of service, the FBI
does not have any publications available for distribution concerning
Al Capone. He was sentenced on October 24, 1931, for violation
of the Federal income tax laws which do not come within the
investigative jurisdiction of the FBI. I regret Iam unable to
be of help with respect to the information you seek.
