Mr. ROSEW wanted to kmow if I considere trustworthy enough so that we could go to him and ask him if to place the wi tn: and if not whether we could sugges’ witnesses be placed py ok I told Mr. ROSER that I fe: ‘t we could approach on the matter. However, from my reading of the transcript @ previous hearing it appears that it is the usual practice to examine witnesses without placing them under cath but giving them @ warning that any fals ments are in violation of the law.
