VIRGINIA HILL spent approximately 20 minutes at this establishment and then returned to SIEGEL's car and proceeded to Hollywood, where SIEGEL, et al, circled the vicinity of the Gables Apartment, located at 8250 Fountain. Later SIEGEL and VIRGINIA HILL were observed to park the automobile on Harper near Fountain and to walk to the intersection, where SIEGEL visibly pointed in an upward direction to this apartment. The following surveillance was conducted on September 11, 1946.
