I tol hat I was awaiting word from San Francisco on the hearing; T hed been in communication with san Francisco at 1 p.m. on September 12, 1946 and had instructed that they immediately upon the completion of the hearing secure the det and ish them to the Bureau and Los Angeles. I pointed out elie: possibility that the hearing might extend on into the evenitZ, which event it would be impossible to furnish to the Bureau the outcome of the hearing during the evening of September 12th, but in any event I would communicate with San Francisco and see to it that they did secure this, information as soon as possible.
