During several recent spot surveillances of MEYER IANSKY, is considered a major subject in the Capga investigation in the New York office territory, be has been observed to spend a great deal of his time daring the day at the offices of the Emby Distributing Company, Efforts are being made to determine whether LANSKY uses the offices of the Enby Distributing Company for the legitimate business that is carried on by this company in connection with the distribution of juke boxes or whether he also carries on any illegal activities in which he is suspected of being engaged at this office, Since IANSKY is a major subject in the Capga investigation, ali information concerning him will be reported in thet file and copies of all reports are being designated to the Los Angeles Field office for its information.
