Commissioner at San Francisco and also secure from the C.P.A. plans and photographs and any other exhibits whioh were used at the C.P.A, hearings in view of the fact that we intend to conduct an open investigation of this matter beginning September 30, 1916. = At 4:40 P.M., KIMBALL called back and put mn the Phone. wwe veteS that the transcript of the last hearing had just been completed and had been handed over to him and he was mailing it to Los Angeles Air Mail Special Delivery.
