S. government | today arrested “Scarface” Al Ca- pone, notorious Chicago gang leader, on a charge of contempt of Federal Court growing out of his attempt to dodge a federal grand jury sum- mons. . - The warrant was served on Ca- pone as he emerged from the grand fury room in the Federal Building where he was being questioned con- cerning the activities of beer run- ners in the suburb of Chicago Heights.
