Mr. ROSEN called at 8:30 a.m. today and stated that the Director
has decided that no further investigation in this matter should be
conducted. Mr. ROSEN inquired as to what length of time would be
required by me in bringing the investigation to a conclusion and I told
him that this could be done in approximately 24 hours,
