The informant was again ins: ng that "it would be a Ax feather in his oap" to be able to tel ny information soncern- ing the whereabouts of VIRGINIA HILL and PRANK COSTELLO. The writer was emphatic in telling the informant that he could not divulge any information mor did he have any information concerning the above individuals.
