Clawson, aseistent United States Attorney, during which he state? that it would be necessary to re-open the inquiry, inasnich as he had received information to the effect that Capone had been allowed to have visitors other than those who possessed croper vasses for such visits. I am informed that only six passes have been granted to persons for the purpose of visiting Capone in the County Jail. These six people are said to be his immediate family and attorneys. hr.
