This morning Colonel Gates telephoned and asked me whether we hed any information aveilatle es to the age of Al/XCapone. I informed the Colonel that the fingerprint card reporting Capone's incarcerztion in the Atlanta Penitentiary gave his date of birth as January 17, 1899.
