sentenced by Federal Judge Wood-
ward yesterday to eighteen months
dn Leavenworth penitentiary and
742,000 fine.
} He and bis brother, Nicholas,
pleaded guilty. The latter qvas
granted probation after being sen-
tenced to a year in the Bridewell
and $250 fine. .
By drawing the prison term for
‘tax cheating, De Grazio followed
‘the path of Al and Ralph Capone,
\Sake and Sam Guzik, Frank Nitu,
Terry Druggan, Frankie Lake and
,—most recently—Murray Hum-

{ De Grazio admitted falling to
pay $20,000 tax in 1029 and 1980.
