Considerable newspaper publicity has been given to the previous excessive use of sedatives by Hill. This last attempt appears to be the fourth time Hill has been found in an unconscious condition as a result of excessive use of sleeping pills. You will recall that just prior to Siegel's wurder Hill. had an argument with him at las Vegas, Nevada and shortly thereafter was found in @ drugged unconscious condition. The next occasion occurred immediately after the Siegel murder while Hill was in France.
