Kim Philby, has turned up
“in” Moscow again after
vanishing in the United
States last July.
She has rejoined her husband,
the former Foreign Office diplomat,
who was the third man in the
Burgess and Maclean affair.
Before she vanished U.S. immigra-
tion officials had withdrawn her pass-
port. There were reports later that she
had been “ smuggled ” out of the country.

had been returned to her. But they
