The story begins on June 6, 1951, (Burgess and Maclean dis- appeared from England 5-25-51) when the chief correspondent of the = "Daily Erpress" in Paris, France,’ received a warning by Gn unknown person to stop asking questions about missing persons. Reportedly, this correspondent had received a tip about a week previously, that % two British diplomats were missing. This book contains the story of : Burgess and Maclean in chronological order (including their backgrounds. $ and concludes with the recent debates in the Houses of Farltamert.
