This advertisement consisted of a declaration fats "The Fire that has been burning for 10 years." This state- C ment advanced the point of view that George Dimitroff was the first to brand fascism as a menace to humanity. Include among the signers of the declaration was Professor Albert Einstein. Dimitroff was General Secretary of the Commnist Internationale at the time it was dissolved.
