The function of the Strike Force was no ~~ more than the usual prosecutive action ordinarily handled by a a U.S, Attorney, which is to authorize prosecution and follow it up with filing of complaint and subsequent presentation to a Federal Grand Jury, No investigation whatever was performed by anyone assigned to the Strike Force.
