Included in these documents was a form letter which appeared to have served as a cover letter from the American Covneil for a Democratic Greece, 152 West 42nd Street, lew York City, to prospective petition signers and financial] contributors. This letter was dated September 74, 1948, The letterheat on vhich this form Jotter apnneared hore the phraseology, " petition te the International Rea Cross te s ives ir Greece”, and the imitetion Red Cross emblem in the upper left ber cor or of the lettorhead. A little to the right of this phraseology and emblem, appesred the drawing of a men holding » smell child din his arms. In the right half 9° the letterhead, anveared the Netional Petitioners, whose names included Albert Einstein ard nine other individuals. The letter was signed by Rev. John W.
