— . The February 1948 issue of the "Bulletin cf the Atomic Setentists" published an article on pages 34, 37 and 38 entitle? "Open Letter to Dr. Einstein -- From Four Scvtet Scientists.” On pages 35, 36 and 37, there appeared an article entitled "A Reply to the Soviet Scientists" by Albert Einstein. The following is q,oted in part from a summary sub- mitted with the Bulletin: "The letter is from the following Soviet scientists: Sergei Vavilov, A. N. Frumkin, A. /. Loffe, N. M. Teron. “There is a preface to this article to the effect that the letter, criticizing Dr. Einstein's suypert of vorld government, was first published in "The New Times," a Mcscow Mnglish language newsraper, on November 26, 1947. The risnatertes are all scientists of international repute." The following were the salient items of interest in this article: "), World government is the aim of Imperialists. ">. Foreign Capitalists enslaved Tsarist Russia and fought against the revolutionary movement.
