ALFRED RAY ANGLIN was surprised” ‘while he was asleep and offered n oce by ALFRED RAY ANGLIN ‘Agents found one box containing 232 ca mith and Wesson cartridges, located under a chair approximately six feet from the bed. Found in a bedroom at 109 Dayton Street, where property of CLARENCE and JOHN ANGLIN was found, were two .32 caliber revolvers. one nickel plated with six shells, the other gold plated with five shells and three inch barrel. CLARENCE ANGLIN was arrested as he was leaving a 1956 Pontiac, white convertible, that he had parked in front of 109 Dayton Street. JOHN WILLIAM ANGLIN was arrested while sleeping on a sofa bed just inside the entrance to apartment at 109 Dayton Street. Neither CLARENCE of JOHN WILLIAM ANGLIN offered any resistance. CLARENCE ANGLIN had the following items in his billfold: .
