There is noted diffuse hypertropic changes througout tne carvical spine, particularly at the level of tne sixth and seventn carvical vertebrae. The intervartebral disc spaces are normal, as well as the interpedicular distances. Tnere is no otner evidence of osteal or periosteal patnology. There is noted some straightening of tne normal carvical lordosis. Electrocardiogram: * November 2, 1960 Sinus rhythm, rate 74. Grade I AV Block: PR-2 equals 0,24 sec. Rignt BB Block of broad Sl type with someright axis deviation. Tiere are typical changes including evidence of late activation in tie cnest leads on the right. Also tne R waves become smaller from V2 to V3 till finally they are quite small and low in position in V4, Tnis would suggest ischemic damage wnich is presumably interior but an old condition. Evidence of myocardial abnormality: 2 plus to 3 plus. Infarction: A coronary background is probable as noted before: see above. 1D;
