GAMBINO stated he was not intereated in listening to his rights, looking at or signing any papers. He atated 4 he takes this number of pills each day end then he took a small ‘ ~ ; bottle from his pocket pointed to it and stated "I have to take ; ’ thirty pills a day.” GAMBINO advised he has been married for forty three years and his wife has been very sick. He has been doing everything he con just to keep her alive. He pointed out that she had : peer in Florida recently just for a change and for health reasons. In response to a question ebout his travel to Florida GAMBINO stated “you didn't see me there". He advised Re does not fo anywhere, he had no reason to travel. He did not.know from one day to the next where he would be, He advised he could be in the hospital tomorrow just as well as at his own home.
