Kelley: : From a very delicate and confidential source, I have been advised that on February 19, 1928, a conference was held under the saspices of the All American Anti-Imperialistio League, at the Labor Ten- ple at 245 cast S4th Street, Hew York City at which there were about four hundred persons present, eighty of whom were delegates with credentials from over fifty different Labor Unions and Societies. Marmuel Comes trans- bated the speech made by Soarates Sandino. Every speaker denounced the policy of the United States Government in regard to Nicaragua, PAilip~ pines, Porto Rico, eta.
