LAL CLUES A source on July 30, 1957 advised 'as follows: The Philadelphia Jewish Cultural Clubs (PJCC) aka, Jewish Cultural Clubs of Philadelphia, were formed in the spring months of 1954. Actually, the basis for the formation of the PJCC was laid in the fall nonths of 1953 when it appeared certain that. the International Workers Order (IW0) would be dissolved pur suant to an | order of f liquidation by the New York State courts. : A third source advised on lf 25, 1964 that the PJCC continues to be “active in Philadelphia with the Sholex Veichken Club scing the largest, moe active and aggressive in the PJCC with “2 matexvrnip cl about 150 people. - following cultural clubs are also activ: i Fhile<lpca, but-do not have the - large membership of ths Sholem Aleichen: 7 Wynnefield Jewish Cultural Club own Mutual Aid Society lortheast Culture Club - The International Workers Order and the Jei ish People's Fraternal Oréer have been designated by the Attorney General of the Uicited States pursuant to Executive Order 10450. -
