- WHERE me advised late PM May 29, 1957, that a
demonstraiion and peace vigil protesting United States
intervention in Viet Nam was scheduled to be held in Chicago,
Illinois, ‘on May 30, 1967, According to the source, this
demoastration was to be under the auspices of the American
Friends Service Comittee and was to commence at approximately
5:00 Pif May 30, 1967, in front of the U.S, Treasury Departsent
Building, Madison and Dearborn Streets, Chicago, and was to
proceed by way of Dearvorn Street to in front of the U.S.
State Department Offices, Federal Building, 219 South Doarborn
Street, Chicago.
