After consulting on AQAG business in Tokyo and with members of the Phoenix crew in Hong Kong, he went to Saigon to make final arrangements for a load of medical supplies to the United Buddhist Church of South Vietnam. In two sailings from Hong Kong the Phoenix plans to deliver supplies to all three parts of Vietnam during the next two months. : .
