The article went on to state that GALANTE was also indicted in 1958 with VITO GENOVESE and 35 others on a narcotics eonspiracy charge. GALANTE became a fugitive end after having .been in this status for almost a year, he was arrested iby New Jersey State Troopers in June, 1959. He was eleased on $100,000 bail. and has ‘nut yet beentried on the 58 charges. : :
