NY 92-911 In the "New York Journal American", dated January 9, 1958, an article appeared stating that a law enforcement official told the "New York Journal American" that CARMINE GALANTE was seen in Havana two days ago. He stated that prior to that, GALANTE was observed in Miami Beach in the company of three well-known gangsters.
